New HC Plan to be presented at next SPS School Board Meeting

Please attend the upcoming SPS school board meeting this week on Wednesday, October 8th at the John Stanford Center. The district’s HC plan update will be presented around 7pm and we encourage attendees to come with signs expressing your support for our HC students and HC servicing across our school district. Your attendance makes a difference!

SPS Highly Capable Engagement Sessions
The new Highly Capable (HC) Department is hosting a number of community engagement sessions this fall to gather feedback from families about HC servicing as the district plans for the future and figures out how to better support our HC students. For more information and details, visit the SPS HC Engagement Sessions website. Attendance at these important community engagement sessions is very highly encouraged!

Share your thoughts ahead of the community meetings via ThoughtExchange. Attend any meeting that works for you, you do not need to attend only the Northwest region meeting, and you may attend multiple meetings.
