Summary: Please go fill out the Email and Directory Sign-Up Form. We are working on getting the directory out fast and early this year.
Every fall the Cascadia PTA asks our parent community to fill out an Email and Directory Sign-Up Form. From this form, we build:
1. The email lists used for the Dragon Digest, grade-level-specific events, and other announcements
2. The Dragon Directory
3. Our PTA membership
4. Contact information for room parents
We generally launch this effort to build a new directory right as school is starting, and everyone knows who their teachers will be. 2020 is an unusual time, and we are hearing that families, especially new families, want to know how to contact each other ASAP and also want information on who is geographically near them. To that end, directory/email/membership sign-up is starting now, and we hope to have a draft directory up soon with everything sorted by grade and neighborhood, to be sorted by class later once we can gather that information.

At the end you will be re-directed to MemberPlanet where you can choose to become an official voting member of Cascadia PTA if you wish (as well as a member of the Seattle Council PTA, the WA State PTA, and the National PTA).
Dear new families, you may have just signed up for our email list very recently (which put you on last year’s email list that is used during the summer). I’m so sorry to ask you to do this again.
Returning families, yes, we need you to do this every year, because we don’t have a way to know who has left the school, and the school itself cannot give us family contact information.
