Ultimate Frisbee is a fun, dynamic, co-ed sport that values spirit and sportsmanship. Join coaches from the 3rd, 4th, and 5th grade teams for an afternoon in the park to learn some skills, play some games, and meet other Cascadia families.
Beginner players encouraged at all ages! No commitment required for future events.
