We have been very fortunate to find two amazing volunteer coaches to lead this program at our school, but we need 2-4 more adult volunteers to make it happen!
As things stand now, our volunteer coaches are hoping to offer practices on the following days and times:
Wednesdays after school from 1:15 pm to 2:45 pm at Cascadia Elementary School
Fridays after school from 2:30 pm to 4pm Cascadia Elementary School
If you are a parent, guardian, or teacher** and you can help coach on any of these days/times, please sign-up here!
Coaches need to attend a coach training and co-lead practice 2x/week during the 8-week spring season and attend the 5K. The spring season will run the week of March 24th through the week of May 19th with the Regional 5K event on Sunday, May 18th at Renton Memorial Stadium.
This is not a PTA-sponsored program so it only runs if we can find volunteer coaches to help run practices by the end of this week!
