Cascadia Elementary, Cascadia Head Start, and the Cascadia PTA are proud to partner with the Ballard Food Bank to offer a Weekend Food for Kids program. The nutrition provided by this confidential weekend backpack program helps children from families who need assistance with food, and has no income eligibility requirements to participate. Dietary restrictions can be accommodated.
Enrollment forms will be included with students’ report cards or can be accessed here and submitted to Tammy Foulk, our school counselor. For more information about the the Ballard Food Bank’s services, click here.
