While you can now update students’ emergency information & student release information online, a paper copy can be helpful in case of a natural disaster or other emergencies.
What does this mean to you? If you updated your student’s emergency information online, but recycled the paper copy sent home in the first-day packet, you may want to complete the form and send it to the front office. An online version of the form is available here. You can also stop by the office to fill out a copy.
If you sent in your paper copy, rest assured that it’s securely stored in the office with Katie and Laura. Seattle Public Schools also requests that we log into The Source and update the “Data Verification Form” by September 30.
