Movie Night

Come join your classmates on Friday, March 3rd for “Akeelah and the Bee” as we honor the end of Black History Month and the start of Women’s History Month with this powerful story of an intelligent and charming young Black girl who finds she has a gift for spelling.
The Commons will open at 5:30pm for families that want to bring their dinner to eat there (no food or drink in the gym, please).
Movie starts at 6:00 pm. (PLEASE NOTE, WE USUALLY START THE FILM AT 6:15 pm, BUT DO TO A SLIGHTLY LONGER RUN TIME, WE WILL BE STARTING THE FILM 15 MINUTES EARLIER.)
Enter the building through the Commons doors. The main entrance will be locked.
Note: This is not a drop-off event. All children must be accompanied by an adult.
