Concert – Orchestra and 3rd/4th/5th Grade General Music

Notes from Ms. Mishler:

Third grade students who have SIBLINGS in Orchestra will come to perform on Monday, April 24^th  Third grade students who have SIBLINGS in Band will come to perform on Monday, May 1^st.  Third graders in Ms. Lee and Mr. Kelley’s class without siblings in either Orchestra or Band will come on Monday, April 24^th to perform at 6 pm.

1. Attendance: Please talk with your students and have them tell me at school during music class ASAP if they will be attending, so we have an idea of numbers.
2. Arrival for students: Students will need to arrive at 5:45 pm the night of their show for set-up.
3. Audience Size:We are restricted by the capacity of our gym to a certain number of people. Consequently, every student will be allowed to bring threeguests to the concert. 
4. Parking: Parking is available in our front lot on 90^th, our back lot on 92^nd, Eagle Staff Parking lot on 90^th, Wallingford where normally we have bus arrivals/departures, and in the surrounding neighborhood. Please be mindful of our neighbors and if you can, carpool to reduce the number of cars impacting the neighborhood.
5. Time Frame 

5:45 pm: Doors will open for guests to enter.

6:00 pm: Concert starts. Run time is about 60 minutes.
