Anjani Kodali and some 2nd grade parents have made it possible for the 2nd graders to have a mini-pumpkin decorating project. Next week all 2nd graders will be sent home with a little bag that will include glitter, glue, a mini-pumpkin to decorate, and a few favors (a pencil, bookmark, and sticker sheet).
A message from Anjani, the event host:
If anyone would like to meet up to decorate and play in the park, please meet at Sandel Park (Greenwood) from 4-6 PM on Thursday, Oct 21st. If the weather doesn’t cooperate, it will be moved to Friday, Oct 22nd (another email will be sent if we need to move it).
Don’t forget to bring the bag with the supplies! Happy Fall! Dress in costume if you’re in a Halloween mood!
Masks are required for adults and children. Please bring a picnic blanket to help with social distancing while decorating. Please follow covid guidelines as outlined by the school and stay home if you’re having symptoms.
