Merchant Partners

Cascadia receives passive income thanks to the volunteers in our school community who have set up accounts to support the school.

Fred Meyer

Sign up for the Community Rewards program by linking your Fred Meyer Rewards Card to Cascadia at www.fredmeyer.com/communityrewards. Search for us by name (Cascadia PTA) or by our non-profit number, 90554. Then, every time you shop and use your Rewards Card, you will help us earn donations. This does not change the Reward Points, Fuel Points and Rebates you earn now on your card. If you don’t have a card and want to get one, they are available at the Customer Service desk at Fred Meyers or online.

Office Depot

Office Depot offers a Give Back program that sends 5% of the purchase price of qualifying school supplies to participating schools as credit toward supply purchases. The Cascadia PTA code is 70227050. (Note: As of October 8, 2019, Office Depot has our school listed as “APP at Lincoln,” one of the historic names of our program.)

Terracycling

Families can help by saving the following items at home and bringing them to school. Our Terracycling station is in the main, first-floor hallway on the wall opposite the office door.

Ink cartridges
Toothpaste tubes and caps
Toothbrushes
Floss containers
Soap packaging
Deodorant containers and caps
Mouthwash bottles and caps
Plastic tape dispensers
Plastic tape cores
Pens and pen caps
Mechanical pencils
Markers and marker caps
Permanent markets and permanent marker caps
Foil-lined energy bar wrappers
Foil-lined granola bar wrappers
Foil-lined meal replacement bar wrappers
Foil-lined protein bar wrappers
Foil-lined diet bar wrappers
Foil-lined juice pouches (lunchroom station only). We cannot collect these in the hallway because they attract fruit flies. However, families can save these at home, bag them to avoid leaks, and send them with their child to the lunchroom. Note: Juice boxes are widely recyclable and are preferred from a waste perspective.

Box Tops for Education

Do you already clip Box Tops and Labels for Education? Many of our students and families have a tradition of clipping, and the tradition lives on at Cascadia. Please look for Collection Boxes in two locations: the Office and near the Lost and Found area. Bring your Box Tops and Label for Education to school anytime!

Keep clipping, we will be counting and submitting to earn FREE money for Cascadia. If you have any questions, please contact  Tyra Sorensen. Thank you!
